In over 25 years at the leading (and often "bleeding" edge) of the creation of consumer facing, technology-driven products and services, Steve has huge experience in the practical and pragmatic approaches to delivery.

With hands on skills as well as the management of numerous techncial, coding and project teams, Steve has first hand practical experience of everything from formal Prince 2 based methodologies to latest Agile techniques.

Past work has included introducing sound practices into business which have had none, through to being called in to trouble shoot and rescue projects and programmes of work which have gone awry.

Steve's experience comes from large organisations such as BT with formal management processes to large businesses that need to stay fleet of foot such as Sky, to entrepreneurial businesses such as Gamesys (the company behind online Bingo site Jackpotjoy) which rely on their agility to stay fleet of foot and ahead of the competition.

Key to prior successes is the understanding that there is no "one size fits all" approach that works in all businesses and it's a pratical and pragmantic approach that will win through.

Over the years Steve has also developed and implemented a now tried and tested methodology for managing demand for new products and ideas into a limited technical resource and balancing the expectations of the Board with what can practically be delivered, often with the result of better focus and  better prioritisation across the whole business.
