Processes & Documentation

As companies grow it is vital to get processes in place to underpin that growth and provide a secure framework for staff to work from. This can be even more important in regulated industries including registered food businesses and licensed premises.

Even if you run a company that doesn't need formal ISO 9001 certification (that's the international standard for quality management), quality is important for all successful businesses.

Quality processes can be even more important in entrepreneurial businesses where often growth outpaces consolidation and this is a bit like building a tunnel without supporting props - eventually the whole thing can come caving in on top of you.

Many people are resistant to process as they often complain it stifles creativity, however with experience of working in businesses both large and small as well as start-ups we are ideally placed to assist you with evolving natural and practical processes that fit naturally within the organisation.

We have experience of guiding organsisations towards having sound quality management systems using accepted quality management principles and can also help with more specific related areas such as information security (ISO 27001).

As well as our "big business" experience we also have expertise in the hospitality industry running our own licensed registered food business where some of the most common issues are down to process and staff training, especially of part time seasonal staff;  this can lead to risk of HSE exposure, low food hygiene ratings and licence infringement - we see many well trusted establishments on the Isle of Wight every year get embarrassingly low food hygiene ratings and this is almost invariably due to lack of confidence in management stemming from no process  - again we can help you with processes for your registered food business.

We are confident we can help you and you can see and download our individual résumés for Steve Clark and Charlotte Clark online.  We have more detailed CVs available on request, but with over 50 years combined experience, why not call us or invite us to meet you for a chat.

Depending on the services required we can offer hourly, daily and project based contract rates - "Island rates".
